Chia and I are back in Seattle, narrowly escaping the full lockdown in Florence. We flew to the States and were in quarantine in Virginia at Bell Isle Marina for several weeks, enjoying the warm weather and the gorgeous sunsets.
We arrived in Seattle on Thanksgiving Day, which was a great time to travel. The airports were nearly empty, as were the flights. Since then, I have been packing and shipping all the orders of the Tesori Italiani gifts I procured in Italy this fall. I am thrilled with the positive response from so many people. I am keeping one of the key necklaces for myself, and one of the velvet lined leather boxes too.
If you would like to see the Tesori Italiani items, you can use this link:
There are still some items available, but many are already sold out. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like anything. I can ship in time for the holidays still.
The artisans who made all of the Tesori Italiani products are very thankful for the little bit of work we provided. Tough times ahead for Italy, but I remain hopeful that by spring we Americans will be able to travel there again!
